Pada Jumat, 20 Juni 2025, Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban (LPSK) melalui Biro Penelaahan Permohonan dan Narabahasa sukses menyelenggarakan pelatihan griyaan dengan topik “Penulisan Naskah Dinas dan Hukum” selama dua hari. Bertempat di lantai 25 hotel Aston Priority Simatupang & Conference Center, pelatihan ini diadakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pegawai LPSK dalam menyusun surat, risalah permohonan, dan berbagai dokumen penting lainnya.
Kebutuhan akan dokumen yang presisi dan sesuai dengan kaidah hukum menjadi alasan lain diselenggarakannya pelatihan ini. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan tugas LPSK yang sangat bergantung pada akurasi dan kejelasan bahasa dalam setiap naskah dinas dan permohonan yang disusun.
Pelatihan ini menghadirkan dua pakar di bidangnya. Pada hari pertama, peserta dibekali materi Penulisan Naskah Dinas dan Hukum untuk sesi pagi, dilanjutkan dengan sesi bedah contoh pada siang harinya. Sesi ini diisi langsung oleh Ivan Lanin.
Pada hari kedua, materi bergeser ke ranah yang lebih detail. Dita Sabariah membimbing peserta dalam memahami gramatika dan ejaan pada sesi pagi. Kemudian, pada sesi siang, peserta langsung mempraktikkan ilmu yang didapat dengan menyusun risalah permohonan. Sesi praktik ini sangat penting untuk memastikan pemahaman teoretis dapat diterapkan langsung dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari.
Dengan diselenggarakannya pelatihan ini, diharapkan kualitas naskah dinas dan dokumen hukum yang dihasilkan oleh LPSK akan makin meningkat dan mendukung kinerja lembaga dalam memberikan pelindungan kepada saksi dan korban secara lebih efektif.
