Pelatihan “Keterampilan Menulis Efektif untuk Auditor” digelar Narabahasa untuk para pegawai PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama dua hari. Ivan Lanin mengisi kegiatan yang diselenggarakan pada 19–20 September 2023 tersebut di Ruang Seminar 3, Lantai 1, Gedung BEI Tower II.
Dua puluh delapan peserta yang hadir berasal dari dua divisi: Kepatuhan Anggota Bursa (KAB) dan Satuan Pemeriksa Internal (SPI). Mereka getol mengikuti kelas yang berlangsung pukul 8.30–12.00 WIB tersebut.
Ivan Lanin yang merupakan Direktur Narabahasa sejak 2020 itu memulai pemaparan materi dari keterampilan berbahasa. Perangkaian kalimat dibahas pada sesi ini. Menurut Ivan, ada lima ciri kalimat efektif, yaitu kejelasan, ketepatan, kelugasan, kehematan, dan kesejajaran.
Ivan melanjutkan pemaparan materi mengenai komunikasi bisnis, jenis laporan, pembuatan laporan, struktur laporan, format laporan, serta contoh laporan.
Kemudian, laporan hasil audit yang menjadi ‘makanan’ sehari-hari para peserta juga dibahas. Karena sifatnya yang rahasia, Narabahasa tidak lupa menandatangani perjanjian kerahasiaan (non-disclosure agreement/NDA) sebelum kegiatan untuk dapat sama-sama mengulas laporan audit. Temuan dan rekomendasi yang merupakan bagian dari laporan audit menjadi sorotan khusus yang didiskusikan.
Sementara itu, pada hari kedua, Ivan melanjutkan teori tentang penulisan kata menurut kelasnya. Lalu, para peserta mengikuti kuis Kahoot! sebagai penyegaran. Seorang pemenang membawa pulang tas jinjing dari Narabahasa.
